Goethals Bridge Ez Pass Rate 2024. The plan toll rate is $7.69 per trip (plus $12.20 for each additional axle beyond two axles) at the bayonne bridge, goethals bridge, or outerbridge crossing, provided at least three staten. All rates shown in the table below apply to the lincoln & holland tunnels, the george washington, bayonne & goethals bridges, and the outerbridge crossing.
